If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change but not model or color change within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The refund is not foreseen in any case.

Store Credit
Can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return;
Cannot be accumulated with other Store Credits;

Return integrity

Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, box etc.) received together with the order.
All footwear must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as single external packaging.
