AVAILABILITY OF THE ARTICLES
Upon receipt of the request for order, Babouches Frulan reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, the Babouches Frulan Orders Department will give them timely communication to the customer.

SHIPPING & gt; DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC SKINS
BABOUCHESFRULAN.COM shipments that contain items made from exotic leathers, endangered animal and plant species, and any other material included in the Convention of Washington, with destinations outside the European Union, require by law additional CITES documentation (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
This document has the function of accompanying the head and certify that it was made with leathers from animals raised or captured in the wild, specifically for trade. For additional information, please visit www.cites.org.
Of course, for all the materials used for the Rêve EXOTIQUE line we have the CITES which certify the origin of the leather.
In some cases the destination customs may require the customer to present an import license to clear the package. This license must be requested and obtained directly by the customer at the relevant competent office in his country, C.I.T.E.S. Management Authority, before shipment of the goods by BABOUCHES FRULAN
Any costs incurred for obtaining the license will be borne by the customer and cannot be reimbursed by BABOUCHES FRULAN. < / p>
